The owners could not possibly be one wit more pleasant or helpful! I have had to change our reservation more than once, and have spoken to the same woman several times. She has been unflaggingly patient and courteous. We haven't even been there yet, and I'm already a lifetime customer!
Update: The rooms here are SUPER clean, large, and nicely appointed. The owner is, if possible, nicer in person than over the phone. Good breakfast, too. Highly recommend.
Was in town visiting family. Some other family members stayed at the inn. We went to visit and loved it. Gorgeous property on a nice stream, gorgeous new living quarters with private bathrooms, and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.
My husband and I spent the weekend there for a wedding. I was beyond pleased with the room, the view and the homemade breakfasts! We will definitely return should we ever be in Vermont again. They have my business forever!
My husband and I spent a few days here for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and had a lovely view of the property and stream. The breakfast was outstanding, homemade with ingredients sourced locally from farmers and her own garden. The farm fresh eggs with herbs were the best I have ever eaten and the freshly baked tender croissants with homemade plum jam were delicious. Our host was very sweet and knowledgeable of the area and told us which landmarks not to miss. I highly recommend Green River Inn.
Lovely, spotless suite with beautiful view by the river. Delicious homemade breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and can't wait to go back. Kind, courteous hosts.
